 1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Lavish In Luxury LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway starts on 9/22/2024 at 8:00 PM EST and ends on 10/22/2024 at 8:00 PM EST.
• Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must follow our TikTok account, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments.
• Each participant is allowed one entry only per day.
• Entries must be submitted in compliance with the guidelines provided in the giveaway announcement.
• No purchase is necessary.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of varied value national brand gift cards, not to exceed a value at above $100.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
• The selection will take place on or around morning, afternoon, and evening each day for a total of 30 consecutive days.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via direct message on social media as well as tagged within the comment section of the post with 15 minutes of the selection time.
• If a winner does not respond within 30 minutes of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected.
• Winners will receive prize within 4-6 weeks after selection by either mail or digitally.

7. Publicity

• By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

• Lavish In Luxury LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process.
• Lavish In Luxury LLC is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect entry submissions or the giveaway process.

10. Governing Law
